In Home Care Services: We are dedicated to assisting individuals who live in their own home, Assisted Living Facility, Alternate Housing, Nursing Home or during a hospital stay. Our caregivers provide post hospitalization care, shopping, errands, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation, meal preparation and planning, laundry and much more.

Companionship

  • Watch television/movies together or listen to music
  • Medication Reminders
  • Monitor nutritional intake and eating habits
  • Assistance with meal preparation/planning
  • Check expiration dates of food items and medications
  • Prompting with dressing, grooming, and bathing, including wardrobe selection
  • Standby assistance with transferring and walking
  • Communication and coordination with families & health care providers
  • Assist with pet care
  • Assist with organizing mail, discarding junk mail, paying bills, writing letters
  • Monitor/Assist with calendar events and/or set appointments
  • Read to client or discuss current events
  • Play cards or games, assist with scrap booking, jigsaw puzzles or crafts
  • Reminisce with photographs and/or organize them
  • Go for a walk and encourage exercise
  • Transportation: medical appointments, pharmacy, grocery store, errands, clothes shopping, visit friends or family, airport, religious events, beach, movie, museum, and any other indoor/outdoor recreational activity

Homemaking Services

  • Assist with laundry: carry items, wash, dry, fold, iron, put awayhome_watch_se4rvices
  • Wash and dry dishes, load or unload dishwasher
  • Wipe countertops
  • Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
  • Organize closets, cupboards and other living space
  • Take out garbage
  • Change bed linens, bed making
  • Dust furniture
